The information provided on this website, during consultations, or through MedEx for Vets services is for general informational and independent medical evaluation purposes only. Website content does not constitute personal medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, claims representation, or a guarantee of any VA disability claim outcome.
No Legal Advice or Claims Representation
MedEx for Vets does not provide legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, VA-accredited representative, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization representative.

Services and Medical Opinions
MedEx for Vets provides objective medical record reviews, independent medical examinations, Disability Benefits Questionnaire completion, and medical nexus letters when medically appropriate and supported by the available evidence.
MedEx for Vets cannot determine whether a favorable medical opinion, DBQ, or nexus letter is medically appropriate until relevant medical records, service records, claim documents, and supporting evidence are reviewed.
A favorable medical opinion, VA disability approval, service connection, disability rating, or any specific claim outcome is not guaranteed. Prior outcomes, examples, testimonials, educational information, or general discussions do not guarantee the same or similar result for any claimant.
All medical opinions and reports are based on the records provided, claimant-reported history, examination findings when applicable, current medical knowledge, applicable medical standards, and professional clinical judgment. Incomplete, missing, inaccurate, or unavailable records may affect the ability to complete a medical record review, DBQ, independent medical examination report, or medical nexus opinion.
No Treatment Relationship
MedEx for Vets does not provide primary care, urgent care, emergency care, medication management, prescriptions, or ongoing medical treatment. Use of this website, completion of a consultation, or use of MedEx for Vets services does not establish a treating-provider relationship.
Any medical evaluation relationship with MedEx for Vets is limited to independent medical evaluation services for documentation purposes. Veterans and claimants should continue to seek care from their treating medical providers for diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and ongoing health concerns.
