Medical Record Reviews
MedEx for Vets provides comprehensive medical record reviews focused on identifying relevant diagnoses, treatment history, service-related evidence, and key medical documentation that may help support a VA disability claim.
Independent Medical
Examinations and DBQ Completion
MedEx for Vets provides independent medical examinations for veterans who need clear, objective medical documentation for VA disability claims. Telehealth examinations are available for select general medical conditions. Eligibility for telehealth is limited and depends on the claimed condition, available medical records, and the specific documentation requirements for the examination.
Nexus Letters
MedEx for Vets provides clear, objective nexus letters that explain the medical connection between a veteran’s current condition and military service. This may include an in-service event, injury, illness, occupational or environmental toxic exposure, or a previously service-connected condition.
